
The requirement is to integrate Omnichannel with CRM USD.
I am facing below issues while configuring CRM USD .
Please provide your suggestions how to solve or troubleshoot this issue. In Diagnostics tool, I am being provided with the same error details.
Error: Hosted application "Communication Panel " could not be created and other errors depending on this.

Maybe you can refer following link, it provides resolution to the error:
It need you delete the existing sample solutions before importing the Omnichannel for Customer Service - Unified Service Desk package.
You can also find solution for more other questions in the above document.

The way is that delete all the folders which exists at C:\Users\<loginUser>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\UnifiedServiceDesk\
