I have few questions about activity pointer entity in Dynamic 365.

1.What is the major purpose of activity pointer and activity party?

2. Why activity data is stored in activity pointer and also activity table (Email,OrderClose,Appointment..)?

3.How to delete 5 years before activities in activity pointer?

4. if I delete the email type activity record in activity pointer then it will delete record in Email entity?

5. How to reduce activity pointer and activity party entity storage space without impacting the system?

6. Activity pointer entity not listed in bulk deleted job. How to bulk delete this entity?
