formdatasource.findrecord(buffer);

controlname.setfocus();

Hi Dileep.

I have the same scenario.

Is controlname the Grid or the string on the grid?

And should the cursor also move to that record? I understand that is the point of setfocus? I get the record to be highlighted, but the cursor remains somewhere else.

you can use the datasource.reread or refresh,thats how it worked for me.
