How to build a frequency of bookings segment

I am trying to build a frequency of bookings segment. For example a segment which only contains contacts who made 6 bookings in 2019. There is an option to select 'Number of bookings last 365 days equals 6'. How do I build segment which will pull through the contacts I am looking for which are outwith the 365 days time period?

The option 'Number of bookings last 365 days’ seems to be a custom field for you. Have you tried changing the time limit for this field, or creating a new field to record data longer than 365 days?

It would be appreciated if you could share the details of this field with me.

And would I be able to take a look at your complete segment setup, as there is no direct relationship between the Bookable Resource Booking entity and the Contact entity.
