Transfer OPEN Customer transaction to HISTORY

When I open a customer and select "Open" I am getting more transactions than I should.  Most of them are zero balances.

I have completed Check Links, Reconcile, Remove Transaction History, and Remove Invoice History under utilities.  Nothing seems to be doing the trick.

Anything else I could be missing?

    Can you check the RM Key table RM00401 and check the status of those transactions....May be u should update the DCSTATUS to on those transactions to 3 for HISTORY.

    Nicole,

    If you want to move to History, Sales >> Routines >>Paid Transaction Removal.  This moves Completed records to History in Sales.

    This does not move the Debit note to history, how do you move the Debit to history?

    Only fully applied documents will move to history. If you pull up this debit memo was anything ever applied to it?

    Yes, it's fully applied to the payment and the payments get pull to the history not the Debit note?
