Contact Cards

Posted on by 21
I cannot find where I can enter an email address on the contact card.  I know it used to be there, as I can see customers with multiple contacts and everyone has a different email address.  I can add the contact, but it pulls in the email address listed on the customer card and I can't seem to change it, either.

This is a screen shot of the list of contacts I have for a particular customer.  Each email address is unique.  If I look at the customer that I am creating a new contact for, when I look at this summary screen, it is pulling the email address from the customer card so I have different contacts with the same email address.

Scroll down to the Communications FastTab and you will see the email field:

It will have the same value as the company contact, but you can overwrite it. If you don't want the system to automatically assign it the same value as the company contact, then in the Marketing Setup Page in the Inheritance FastTab, select no for the Communications Details.
