Hi,

Is there any way of getting the privileges, menu items and menu path for a given security role? Sample output should look like below.

Thank you & best regards,
Gihan

    Hi egsameera,

In this case you will need a custom report. But this standard report can give you at least an idea. Also as Martin said previously, bare in mind that a menu item can have multiple paths.

    Hi Layan Jwei,

Thank you for the respond. Yes, can use the "Security role access" report for some extend but need to have the relevant privilege and the navigation path for the related menu item.

    Hi egSameera,

There is an out of the box report called "Security Role access", that can give you somehow similar details (not exactly as you requested). Would that help? if not, then you will need to create a new custom report.

Yes, it is possible to develop such a report. Just note that there isn't necessarily a single menu path. Some menu items are in the menu at several places, some not at all, and some can be access both from the menu and from other forms. You need to think about what you want to show in such cases.
