    Hi,

    While waiting for other experts to comment, I would suggest create a Microsoft support ticket for any production-related issues. I assume this is Sev A ticket.

    Which version is your local agent? 

    Is your local agent version the same for Prod and for Test & Staging. 

    Plus, please send a print screen with the output of the following statements against Orchestration DB​:

    select * from OrchestratorJob order by LastProcessedDateTime desc

    select * from RunBookTask order by StartDateTime desc

    I did locate a previous case on this issue that suggested the following resolutions.

    • Redeploy with a clean database and then install the packages.
    • Update the infrastructure scripts.

    Otherwise, I second the suggestion to submit a ticket to our support to have the engineering team assist further. For production, this could be a Severity A case.

    Good day Sir, I have set up an onprem infrastructure and connected a LocalAgent which is in state "Deploying" but it's been over 24 hours. The output for the queries you gave here are as follows below:

    the deploying, pre-deployment and post-deployment all have 0 states and no start date so essentially they haven't started running. There is no warning or error on the Service Fabric and no error in the LCS, is this the usual length of time it may take for the provisioning to start and finish?

    Let me also add that the orchestratorjob shows a deployment state of 3 and error: cb654368-4544-4ec2-9047-9bf29efe6b24, exception is NULL. I have checked what the exception state of 3 means but I cannot find this information. Please assist with clarifying. Thank you.
