Scheduling using the Universal Resrouces Scheduler and sychronising in a resource Outlook calendar

Hello

I understand the current sychronisation with resource bookings with outlook is being deprecated https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-service/manage-project-bookings-office-365-calendar

What is the alternative solution?

My requirement is to be able to use the schedule board (universal resource scheduler) to make bookings and for the bookings to synchronise with the resources personal calenders in outlook:

For example:

My schedule board should be able to see my resources availability and unavailability
My resources manages their personal appointments via their outlook calendar.
If my resource has a personal appointment or activity already booked in their outlook calendar, then the schedule board should synchronize with their outlook calendar and know that they are unavailable to be booked out.
If i book using the resource using the schedule board, then it should also create a booking in their outlook calendar.

are your users Field Service Mobile users? If so, you can use the calendar function within there to show all their appointments, including bookings. If not, you can create a Power Automate to accomplish this.
