Hello ,

I am looking for dynamics marketing API. I researching but I am not finding any API for marketing especially. anyone can help me please.

Hi

There is no separate API for marketing module. You can use the same web api endpoint as shown below

docs.microsoft.com/.../use-microsoft-dynamics-365-web-api

Use the Web Api endpoint perform any operation you would like to . Only thing you need to remember is to be familiar with the marketing entities, and processes.

Thanks, @Kokulan Eswaranathan. I have one more question can we find entities for different diffrent modules. like I want to know separate entities in sales, marketing, customer service, customer engagement.

Hi

There are few ways to check the entities in each of these modules, since most of these are now app based, i found its easy to go by the app. If you go to Settings -> Customisation and then open default solution by clicking the Customise the System option and then click on the Model Driven Apps node in the solution, you can see all the apps.

If you open an app, lets say for example you open the Customer Service App, you can see all the entities in it.

If you want to explore entities and attributes well, i would definitely recommend the Meta Data Browser plugin on XrmToolBox

Hello, I also don't know how to use endpoint for marketing or customer engagement. so can you please help me how to set the endpoint for rest API to customer engagement.
