    HI Tanvir,

Property Management is not one of the standard modules.

It must be an add-on / ISV solution that you bought and I would suggest that you get into contact with the company that sold you this module.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Tanvir,

Not sure if I got your questions correctly.

I thought that you already have a AX2012 system with a property management module available that was developed by a MS Partner/ISV.

If you don't have such a module yet, you can either make use of existing solutions. They can be found for example on app source or pinpoint.

    Please see

    appsource.microsoft.com/en-us

    partnercenter.microsoft.com/.../search

You can of course also develop something yourself provided that you have all the requirements and know what you and your users require. An own development will, however, require quite some effort and some time.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

RE: How to enable Property Management Module

Owning dream property in Australia is a great source of pride for many residents. According to statistics, under 30% of Australian households outrightly own their property. Moreover, the number of renters is increasing yearly, putting homeowners among the Australian elite.

Committing to buying property is a considerable risk and investment. As per the latest trends, the median sale price of a house in Brisbane is about $533,000. If you fail to take the proper steps to secure your next home or investment property, money might be washed down the drain.

That’s why you must work with the best buyers agent Brisbane offers. Read on to learn who a buyers agent is, how they’ll make your property purchase easier, and how you can spot the right one.

    Who is a Buyers Agent?

A buyers agent is a hired professional who works on your behalf as a property buyer, ensuring you’re getting the best deals for the perfect home or investment property. The agent researches, finds, and negotiates the right property for you.

A buyers agent solely represents your interests as a buyer in a real estate transaction, opposite to what a real estate agent would do. The latter have their interests aligned with the seller.

In the long run, a buyers agent saves you tons of time and money. You don’t have to worry about the army of other interested buyers trying to knock you off the deal, endless paperwork, and the possibility of being frauded.

Also, a buyers agent will link you with other professionals needed to complete the real estate purchase, move into your new home, or start yielding your new investment. These include real estate lawyers, reliable mortgage lenders, removalists, and home inspectors.
