
Hello!
My client has two brands so has two separate content settings records. I have created a customer journey template for each brand, but I want to set the relevant content settings in each one.
Unless I am missing something, I cannot find a field on a customer journey template which allows me to set the content settings record. This means that for the second brand, the users will always need to remember to change the content settings every time they create a new customer journey.
Any ideas?

Yes, the Content Settings field is a lookup field in Customer Journey entity and not contained in Customer Journey Template entity.
Even if you create the relationship with Content Settings entity and the lookup field for the template entity, it will still not be retrieved when the Customer Journey is created from the template. It is an OOTB design.
