Dynamic CRM Marketing List Limitations

Hi Team,

We have requirement to add dynamic marketing list with advanced query filters on contact entity, however when marketing team users are creating query and checking the preview it shows only 5000+ records.

Is there any way that the number of retrieved contacts can be shown on dynamic marketing list. Which means the exact list member count to be displayed?

Hi,

in MS Dynamics CRM, you should only see 5000 records, if the records exceed than 5000 it will visible like that:

5000+

and this is for performance of the platform.

Hi,

Unfortunately you can only see 5000+ records count .

But you can create custom field to show the exam count. For this you will have to write code to fetch count based on fethxml for dynamic marketing list.
