Application error when running LCS System Diagnostic Tool 'Collect now'

When I run LCS System Diagnostic Tool 'Collect now', there is no error shown in the tool wizard,
and I can view the 'Upgrade Analysis Report' from linked LCS system diagnostic menu.

However, I found that there are several error logs in 'Event viewer' (Windows log - Application) for source 'LcsSystemDiagnostic', such as

Collector BU_Setup_Parameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [(Servername).erp.local].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'ISBUDGETRESERVATIONENABLED'.
Collector FA_Setup_Parameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [(Servername).erp.local].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'ACCELERATEDDEPCALCMETHOD_JP'.
Invalid column name 'ACCELERATEDDEPRATEFACTOR_JP'.

Collector HR_Setup_TAParameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [(Servername).erp.local].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'ABSENCEJOBID'.
Collector IWM_Setup_InventParameters(SqlCollector) failed to run against target [(Servername).erp.local].[MicrosoftDynamicsAX]: Invalid column name 'MCRUSEBOXINGLOGIC'.

...

and ended up with info log, such as

Job completed: environment (Server name)

This happens every time I run 'Collect now'.

Is there any settings or tasks I missed, or can I ignore these errors?

    Hi Nimisha,

    This morning, Microsoft support team in Japan told me that they could not find the answer,

    but to escalate the issue to development team there.

    If you're facing the exact same issue, then I'm guessing this is just a MS bug, not related to our particular settings.

    Anyway, I'll update here when I got something.

    Hi Nimisha,

    Microsoft support team in Japan told me that

    the error I faced doesn't affect the contents on Upgrade Analysis Report and I can ignore that.

    As long as you're using LCS with valid support type, I highly recommend to send inquiry from LCS support menu for your case.

    I'm gonna close this issue by myself.
