Arabic Language issue in HTML Webresouce - D365 v9

Hi experts,

I have an HTML web resource where the Arabic Language is written along with English. When I'm opening that HTML using Xrm.Navigation.openUrl(); English is coming fine but the issue is with Arabic language as you can see in the below image in the red highlighted.

It is D365 v9.0 - OnPrem
