We have been using Integrated Teams Chat with CRM since the beginning of this year. We have a bunch of Users that we are unable to add as a Participant of the Connected Chat and are given an error message. We ruled out CRM security as we set up one of the Users as a System Administrator and still have the error. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
You might have to try looking into integration setting btw CRM and Microsoft team, looks like user mapping might have some issue.
Before ruling out CRM security it would be great to check the user has access to specific record that is shared in the team group, even if the user has the admin privilages.
If the CRM is heavily customised there could be custom security role, workflows, or plugins that affect the user access.
