You cannot enter reciprocal exchange rates for the same exchange rate type

The customer is on Dynamics 365.  They have been using a currency exchange provider to bring in currency exchange rates.  We believe there may be issues with the data in the tables.  As an example, we have removed both USD to CAD and CAD to USD for the default rate for the exchange rates.  We have then tried to import in the rates and are getting the error, "You cannot enter reciprocal exchange rates for the same exchange rate type."  Is it normal to have this kind of behavior?

    Looks like system see what you still have some duplicate currency pairs. First check it on forms and then in tables in AOT.

    Hi Julie

    I agree with Maxim. I suggest that you export the exchange rate pair you have to Excel if you have many pairs and want to use Excel to get an overview and find pairs that cause the error.
