Can't see my Marketing emails created from Customer Journey?

I believe that I am missing a setting.  But, I can't find it.

    Hi, Sam

    Are you saying that you didn't receive the email from Customer Journey?

    If yes,

    1. Find out the status of the Customer Journey. If it hasn’t started, check the “Start date and time” and the “Time zone” set in the General tab.

    1. If it has started already, please check the insight of the Customer Journey. If there are some emails undelivered, go to the email insights to see the specific errors.

    1. In the insights of the email, the blocked or delivery failed emails can be found. Try to find the records of the emails which are expected to receive by Timestamp. If they haven’t been delivered normally, refer the following documentation to fit the errors.
