Hello,
I need to know if there's a way to edit a returns transaction after it's been posted. I completed a return without checking the REPLACE RETURNED GOODS box and it seems to have closed out my original PO and cannot be edited. What can I do to correct this issue?

There isn't an 'undo' button for this but here are 2 options you could try.
1. Go to the Edit Purchase Orders window (Purchasing >> Transactions >> Edit Purchase Orders) manually enter the Purchase Order into the screen and change the status of the PO itself to be 'Change Order' and click Process (note you cannot change the status of the line itself because it is closed for good) Now you can pull this PO back up in the Purchase Order Entry window, and add a new line to the PO for your item for the same quantity, and you can ship it. Again you cannot reship the same old line that was returned, you have to create a new line on the PO to ship it again.
2. You would have to create a new purchase order to replace the goods.
