How to create a workflow

Hi,

I am using Dynamics NAV 2017. I wish I can create a workflow that triggers a notification email to be sent out as to a preset list of people as and when payment is received in the bank account.

Any idea?

Why not you can do it easily

But before you doing it double check you have correctly setup following functions

1. Create workflows

2. workflows notification setup

3. SMTP Mail Setup

refer the links accordingly if you need to setup those
