Sales Tax Report / US Process

Hello all, I'm struggling as many others have as well.
All tax areas/jurisdictions/details are filled in. There are multiple VAT entries posted from sales transactions.
However, the sales tax collected report is blank.
Please provide any help, I have not found any fixes in previous posts that work for us.
