Entity Store is not getting refreshed the Cube

Batch Job and batch services both are running but still entity store is not getting refreshed and when I click on refresh , the batch job is not triggering.

Hi Arif,

Have just checked if the batch service is running and the batch job for refreshing cube (Full reset) has been run correctly (i.e. by checking the batch job history status)

Hy Alireza,

did you activate the entities you want to refresh?

You need to setup once the refresh parameters for each aggregated entity.

Hi,

In addition to the previous comment I would recommend to have a screenshot attached of the aggreate measurement that you manually refresh and the status of the refresh batch job as well.

Hy,

if you manual refresh a aggregated entity it is just visible at the entity store, as here in screenshot. The batch job "full reset" will do work at the time of the recurrance of the batch job. After that the result is visible here:
