Per diem in Sweden - taxable

Per diem is formally taxable in Sweden. However, the company can pay the employer a tax-free allowance, provided that the business trip:

  • has gone to a place more than 50 km from the employee's residence and place of employment, and
  • is combined with an overnight stay (00.00–06.00).
Please note that the 50 kilometer requirement also applies to the overnight stay.

The above is how per diem works in Sweden. Do you know if this is covered in any way in FO?

    Hi,
The travel allowance feature Microsoft is supported in the redesigned Expense Management workspace in Dynamics 365 Finance version 10.0.25 and later. You can view this document and try to set it up in the expense management module.
