Okay, been search for over an hour, where did the On line Support system go? Trying to log a case and spending way too much time to do this.

Hi Sue,

You can find the support portal here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportforbusiness/productselection?sapId=1105c7fc-eac0-d55d-839e-de6385ca1138

This will open it with GP selected already, if you need a different product just remove the ? and everything after it.
