Channel Integration Framework not appearing in Customer Service Hub

Hi there.

I have a problem with Channel Integration Framework showing in Customer Service Hub.

I created a test instance. Configured a CIF, gave it all apps and roles available. The CIF appears in Connected Field Service app for example but it doesn't appear in Customer Service Hub.

If I test my CIF link in another tab, it appear. It appears in Connected Field Service. Why the hell it doesn't appears in Costumer Service Hub.

Anyone with a similar problem? Permissions maybe?

    The issue is with the latest version of Customer Service Hub. There is a regression bug which has been fixed and it will be rolled out soon. Until then please follow the below steps for mitigation.

    - Navigate to CSH app designer

    - add an entity to CSH that was not there before

    - Save and publish the change, this will trigger to create an active layer for CSH app module with the customizations.

    - now go to CIF configuration and reconfigure it for CSH. This should now adds the CIF event handler into the CSH app module active layer.
