Hi there.
I have a problem with Channel Integration Framework showing in Customer Service Hub.
I created a test instance. Configured a CIF, gave it all apps and roles available. The CIF appears in Connected Field Service app for example but it doesn't appear in Customer Service Hub.
If I test my CIF link in another tab, it appear. It appears in Connected Field Service. Why the hell it doesn't appears in Costumer Service Hub.
Anyone with a similar problem? Permissions maybe?
