Marketing Email Soft Bounce When Sent Using Contact Owner Personalization Fields

Posted on by 148
We want to start sending some emails from the assigned contact owners. We are using personalization fields Owning User Name & Email for both the sending from and replying to information. During testing, emails sent to our company email addresses are getting soft bounces with this information, smtp;550 Rejected by header based Anti-Spoofing policy.
Emails being sent to gmail and yahoo test accounts are working fine. Emails sent using our default email address customerservice@... never soft bounce when tested on company email addresses. Any thoughts as to why this might happen? I'm thinking of a larger test to some actual customers to see what the bounce rate looks like.
