Hi all,

When i am trying to run the year end report i am getting below error.

All the setups and configurations are done in the D365 but not able to understand why i am getting this issue. Can someone please help me with this issue ?

Have you tried to run this function via batch? If no, please try to run it via batch job and wait until it get finished.

Hi,

Please also check the voucher transactions for the voucher which you have used for closing.

Verify the dates, if the same voucher is used for the previous financial year.

Can you please check Sql for generaljournalaccountentry table for accounting currency amount if decimals have more than 2 digit.

Hi,

If there was no customization on this report, the volume of data could be a reason to this , reason why you are Ali suggested running by batch.

I suggest you reset your usage data and rerun the report. In the records to include , select a small range.
