Hello Experts,
Is there any estimation tool from Microsoft or community which can be used to get to a rough estimate for a Dynamics 365 CE project?
This is totally upto the SCRUM master or PM of that project to use any tool for the team.
You can use JIRA, Azure DevOps or simple GANTT chart.

Agree there is no such tools but based on the experience it can be estimated. Some time developers can be included in the discussion to get there view on how much time it will take to develop required changes or sometime the PM and provide rough estimation based on his existing projects.

You can use Excel for estimating various aspects of a Dynamics 365 project. This link contains sample templates that can be used for managing Dynamics 365 projects after making modifications.
