How to use MS D Field Service in Modern Driven App and Canvas app with the pay of 5$ Per app Plan License
If i try to connect with (MS Dynamics field Service) DATAVERSE connection in power apps standard Entities like work order, not reflecting in Modern driven app and Canvas app table.
If i tried to use CRM Field Service I have to go for 60$ per user plan instead of that i have to use 5$ per user plan, but I need Dynamics CRM field service( work order entity) in both Modern driven app and Canvas App.

I'm afraid this is not possible. If you look at learn.microsoft.com/.../data-platform-restricted-entities, there's a clear note stating that WorkOrder requires Dynamics 365 For Field Service (I think it's a 95$ license).
The only exception would be, as per documentation, "Except for users self reporting issues, in which case creating/reading/updating and deleting s permitted with the Power Apps license". And because it's expected to be "users self reporting", each user should have an individual license.

I'm afraid so. This will depend on how you're using data (read only or editing functionality), if you're using other entities from Field Services, etc. But in the end, each user will need a valid license.
Users will entry the record functionally.
If the user do entry in Canvas app those data will fall on CRM for that we need license? (Possible in 5$ License)

If users are going to add records,
- if it's a custom table, each user will need those 5$ license.
- If it's a regular table (Orders, schedule, etc), they will need a full license (starting at 95$ each)
