We are having issues upgrading our Resco/Woodford instance from version 11.3 to v12
We are using cloud-based CRM 365.

I'm only successful with updating when done by a manual Solution import of the new solution file from Woodford. Since some versions a click on the Update button in the dialog popping up when loading Woodford throws the same error for me as well.
