Return Order using AX mobile device

dears,

i am processing a return order using the mobile device, it is asking for the batch number and i am recording it, but the problem is that the batch number is not reflected on AX in the return order line or sales order mirroring the return order. 

any suggestion about what might be the problem? 

also how can i modify the fields in the web device so that i can add a field to enter the location that i want the items to be returned to.

    The batch number is added to the inventory transaction linked to the sales order/return order line. Do you need to see it on the order line itself? In the 'Reservation hierarchy' for the item, is 'Batch' above 'Location' or below it?

    If you configure the Mobile device menu item to do 'Return order receiving and putaway', and don't configure any Location directives for 'Return orders', AX will ask you where you will put the item as part of the return flow on the web device.

    Thank You; however, we are now able to enter the batch number on the WMS web, but still no result for the location.
    in addition i have a request: the client i when releasing a sales order to warehouse the system is choosing FEFO batch number, and it is recorded in the work, how can we reflect the batch to be recorded in the sales order as well because it is still empty
