Hi,

I traced a posting process. Saved it to file. And now when I'm trying to open the file it's throwing this error:

TraceParserError.png

This is the first time I'm using it after installation. The user has the admin rights and is the same user with which I did the installation.

Moreover AOS service is also running with this domain user.

Have you added the same user in Debugging group?

Yep. I debug code with this user all the time.

Restarting? No. Log off log in? No.

Run AX Client as Administrator? Yes!! :D

But not sure why it wouldn't, since the given user is an admin already? This "Run as Administrator" is a mysterious thing.

Even if you have admin rights in the system, you are not running everything automatically with full privileges. Instead you need to specifically tell the system that you want to run the program with elevated permissions (=run as administrator). This prevents malicious programs from harming the system without your knowledge, as well as you breaking stuff accidentally.

    Thanks Nikolaos. That makes sense.

After this, I Read a little more about it here (for future readers with same doubts):
