    Hi tomarsachin87,

Can you check if the permissions are correct for the user executing the command and if these files are open in another program?

Have you opened the Command prompt with administrator elevated rights? (right click icon, run as Administrator)

Yes I have try every thing

I have also try to run with the sql service account user, in our case (SVC_AXAdmin).

I am running this command on my AOS server, (SVC_AXAdmin) user have admin access in AX and SQL.

I am using SQL 2012 SP2, do you think that may be an issue.

    Hi tomarsachin87,

SQL server 2012 SP2 alone is not supported. You need SQL server 2012 SP2 including Cumulative update 2. I can recall there were several issues. So, try CU2 on top of SQL 2012 SP2. Depending on the R3 version you have to use CU3 for SQL Server 2012 SP2.

You can find compatible software in the System requirements document for AX 2012: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx
