We had a class DimensionDefaultingService in AX2012. Is there any alternative for this class in Dynamics 365

Not sure what your trying to do but I've used the LedgerDimensionFacade class. For example this gets the account from a LedgerJournalTrans dimension:
account = LedgerDimensionFacade::getDisplayValueForLedgerDimension(origTrans.LedgerDimension);
