Sales and Field Service integration

Hi! 
In a scenario with both Field Service and Sales implemeted, how is the out of the box process to sell a Field Service agreement?
I can see that from a Sales opportunity I can only create a Field Service work order, but not a maintenance agreement.
Any suggestion?

    Hi Partner,
    There is a field called msdyn_ordertype has been added to the opportunity, quote and order entities.
    You need add the field to the opportunity main form and set it when you create one opportunity.
    The values in this option set field are as follows:
    – Item Based: ‘Regular’ Sales Opportunity – Will load the ‘Opportunity’ form
    – Work-Based: Project Opportunity – Will load the ‘Project Information’ opportunity form
    – Service-Maintenance Based: Field Service Opportunity – Will load the ‘Field Service Information’ opportunity form
