Hi
Am I able to create purchase and sales invoices with items + serial numbers trough a standard BC-API ?

Unfortunately standard BC-API does not have the serial API that you can use for this requirement.
However I would strongly suggest for you to create one, It is easy to understand documentation from Microsoft.
