Can't download AX 2012 training material from PartnerSource

Can someone please explain to me why I can't download training material from PartnerSource?  I am trying to download instructor material for AX 2012, specifically the Financials I and II.   When I click on either Finance I or Finance II, and then click on "Download Financials I in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012" I am taken to another screen which states that the download will begin momentarily.  Then, nothing happens.  I have used three different browsers and enabled pop-ups and Active X controls.  Nothing works.

Is there a setting on PartnerSource, or some type of access rights that are required in order to download?

What I really don't understand is why I can see more content on the PartnerSource site with Chrome than Internet Explorer 11, and this is a Microsoft site!

A helpful colleague just instructed me to hit F5 to refresh my screen.  Thank you!  That helped display the document.  I also added, removed, and then added again Microsoft.com to the compatibility view settings.   I closed and re-started Internet Explorer twice, and now after that, I can now see the Microsoft File Transfer Manager.  I am now able to download the file.

I have the same problem, i tried different browser, activated all active x settings and also added Microsoft.com to trusted sites. But it is still not working.

It seems to be that a lot of people have the same problems:

Now i found a solution, maybe it is also helpful for other user:

Download and install the Microsoft File Transfer Manager (MSI Installer) from this site:

    transfers.one.microsoft.com/.../default.aspx

Log in to customer source: mbs.microsoft.com/customersource

Choose your file and push the download button

The next page should be https://mbs2.microsoft.com and a the following error appears:

    ----

    Microsoft Dynamics File Exchange System

Your file will begin downloading momentarily.

If the file doesn't automatically download, ensure you have installed the Active X control. To install the Active X control please be sure you have pop-ups enabled for this site.

Learn more about File Exchange and how to use it.

    ---

-Start the installed File Transfer Manager by start > all programs or the created shortcut on your desktop.

-Now press F12 to start the Developer Tools of the Browser

Choose the Emulation tab > Under Mode > Document Mode select the number "8"

-A popup Windows appears push the Allow Button

-Another Popup of the File Transfer Manager appears "Confirm Transfer Request", push the Transfer Button and the download starts.
