Sequence not showing up in Up Next Section but rather in Timeline only

Hi!
 
Can someone please help me with this:
 
I have created segments and assigned the sequence to that segment but whenever I test it, it doesn't show up in the Up Next tab but only in Timeline and with an Overdue warning even though i have just created it. 
 
Kindly assist.
