I supposed that you are using RoleTailored Client, right? Which Excel version are you using? Did you try to "save as" the report from the preview?

    Please, let me know.

You may check the possibilities of using Account Schedule for Balance Sheet & Income Statement reports. from Account Schedule Overview > You can export the data to Excel easily.

In worst case, you can open your html in Excel, e.g.

    social.msdn.microsoft.com/.../open-htm-file-in-excel-workbooks-and-save-it-as-excel

    How would it look like?

    Hey Katna,

I am sorry if I understood something wrong. If you are on NAV 2013 and Later then you can directly export Reports in any format as there are inbuilt engines given at Runtime but if you are on NAV 2009R2  and lower then you need to write a custom code for exporting the Report into Excel.
