How to setup Structure Designer - Row Definition (General Ledger) like that the picture ?

Hi,
The configuration of the traditional financial reports is not too difficult but can become tricky if you want to create complex reports.
Here is a screenshot that gives you an idea how a P&L statement can be setup.
If you have access to an 'old' AX2009 system, please have a look at the default row structures that are available in the Contoso environments; they give you an good idea how things are setup.
