I am installing the Dataverse long term retention in D365 FO cloud VM deployed via LCS. I followed the official Microsoft documentation for installation and configuration. But while installing the retention application from Power platform admin center I got error. Error detail is not clear as it shows only the error code. I enabled the plug in selection to see the additional exception details. Exception details show that it tries to reach the Iris API to get the D365 FO environment details, but it got failed and returns response as 404. I will attach the screenshot for reference. Any help will be much appreciated.
