Good afternoon,
We have a requirement to show accounts on the scheduling board as oppose to contacts. The idea is to show customer down the left hand side (resource) and the appointments that have been booked within the calendar. Essentially flipping the current method round the other way (contacts - field technicians left hand side) showing customer bookings in the scheduling board.
Does anyone know if this is possible and how this would be approached?

As far as I know, this is not possible as of now.
Hi Matt,
You can create a Bookable Resource with the Account and filtering it by Resource Type Account, will list the Account for you to schedule an appointment.
If you want the Account Name to be displayed for a contact, then you can modify the Resource Details view to add the Company Name for the contact. Go to Bookable Resource entity and create anew view or modify the existing view.
