Update Contacts while Importing

Hi,

I have imported around 2000 contacts using import data feature and its imported successfully.

Now I want to update addresses of all those 2000 contacts, I have updated the address field in excel file and trying to import but its giving error.

"A record was not created or updated because a duplicate of the current record already exists."

Please help me to update contacts while importing.

    Hi Hamid,

    Try to disable duplicate detection rules then check whether you could update.(or Allow duplicates.)
