What permissions and entities do i need to modify to have users be able to preview files in their marketing asset library?

Users are able to upload images to their marketing asset library but when clicking the files the preview function seems to be disabled. Which entity would need to be modified to enable this?

Hi NickDyn,

Do you mean your user can view and upload images in marketing asset library? However, when your user clicks on the images, they could not get this page?

Hi yes that is it. I actually managed to fix it by modifying the entity custom roles. However i'd like to be able to have users only able to see images they upload themselves as at the moment any files uploaded into the library are visible to everyone. Would anyone be familiar with which entity needs to be modified to make this work?

Hi NickDyn,

Based on my test, the use assigned Tour privilege and Digital assets configuration.

However, this entity can only be null or organization. There is no way to have users only able to see images they upload themselves.

Workaround,

Use view to filter the owner is current user. However, user can still modify this.
