this is by way a far too broad question.. WMS systems are basicaly complex systems, no matter how you look at them.
Define 'small' company.. How many products do you manage ? how many employees will use the system ? how many GP users do you have ? are you using Manufacturing in GP ?
Implementing a WMS system isn't like just installing a QuickBooks application... there are so many moving variables and parameters to consider.
Your best bet is to talk to your partner and/or a local consultant that will be able to understand your business processes and recommend the best product for your needs.
