Hi All,
I need a guidance on how to limit HR assistant view on "all positions actions: by legal entities. Currently, those who had HR assistance access can view all the changes done in Talent across all organization. Hence, i would like them to have ONLY visibility for their support organization especially on the requisition request.

If you set up the role for the user and assign the organization then It will show data only for that legal entity.

Thank you for your reply. However, I have tried this approached, still they (HR assitant) would be able to view "all positions actions" for all legal entities. This is not a right practice as other HR assistant from different country can view the Hiring form submitted from managers which is not in their respective headcount.
Ok. Did you check what duties assigned to the HR Assistant role? If No then there are a couple of duties and you can check which one to remove.
Before doing this, please duplicate the HR assistant role and make changes with duties.
