    Hello Rahmat K,

Do you work with AX2012 or D365FO?

Do you have some other open sessions where you logged already in or is this the only session you tried to open?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello,

Please try to log in as administrator, and go to System administration > Users > Online users to end the user session.

    Hi Rahmat K,

Please ask your system administrator that if they have any validations setup at Active directory?

    Warm Regards,

    Hello Julia and/or Rahmat,

You can 'kill' user sessions as Mattguo described below.

Yet, the limit should be 60 sessions that a user could open in parallel, which is very high.

Do you see this error message only for a single user or do all users experience this and cannot login?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Rahmat,

See if multiple session exists, if not suggest that you reach out to MS and create a ticket with them. The error message stems from with AX application (Kernel level that we don't have access to) to see what may be causing that issue. Given the system is on-premise, you should be able to check  SysClientSessions  table in the SQL.

    Thanks,

    Satish Panwar
