Creating or updating a record when a Calendly event is created

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate my Calendly scheduling app into Dynamics 365.  I can get it to create a record whenever an event is scheduled through Power Automate.  However, what I want is to either create a contact or update an existing contact.

How do I go about doing this? 

I do not have coding experience, so I need to do it through a flow.  I found the "when a record is created or updated" trigger is CDS, but I can't use that when I have the Calendly trigger.

    Hello Partner, 

    There is a calendly connector for flow as shown: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/calendly/

    With that you can try something as shown below, its a rough skeleton:

    you can connect to your cds environment to update the contact entity.

    If you don't want to code, try to integrate Calendly and Dynamics 365 via Skyvia: skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-calendly. It is a code-free web service with an intuitive interface.
