Is there a way to change the icons for the activities in the case-form?
Hi partner,
Changing system entity icons is not allowed in D365.
We could only change the custom entity icon and here is the steps.
Go to Settings->Customizations->Customize the Syste->Entities, choose the custom entity and click on "Update Icons".
Upload your 16*16 icons, save and publish.

If you really want to change the system entity icons like task, phone call and if you are using on-premise, you could find the icon folder on the server side and replace them.
Normally the icons will be in this location:\ Program Files \ Microsoft Dynamics CRM \ CRMWeb \ _imgs \ imagestrips
But this is not a supported way.

System doesn't support changing out of the box entity's icon.
