Microsoft Dynamics AX (Archived)

Cannot create a record in order lines(MCRSalesLines). Line type Regular. The record already exist.

Hi Experts,

I am using AX 2012 R3 version.

I have created a Sales order from Sales quotation. The SO created successfully.

But when I open the SO and do any action like refresh or selecting header view action button, the system is showing error as "Cannot create a record in order lines(MCRSalesLines). Line type Regular. The record already exist."

However, when I close the form system asks for "Do you want to save" info message and on clicking on "No" the form closes. Again when I open the same SO and do any action like refresh etc..the above said error message is not showing up.

Your advice would help to fix the issue.

    Do you have customizations in this area? Do you also get this error when you first enter line details?

    Yes, we have customization; system is not throwing any error while entering line details.

    The issue is resolved. Below are the steps.

    1. Restart the AOS

    2. Synchronize the table MCRSalesLine
